Very low quality

"Very disappointing experience. All the doors arrived damaged on the corners and some were scratched. When I asked for replacements or a discount, they refused because I hadn’t reported the damage within 48 hours. The delivery service was also poor — they didn’t answer the phone and arranged delivery for a day that suited them, without considering my availability. Poor customer service and no solution offered. I would not recommend this company."

Quality at a great price

"I took a long time researching for prefinished doors to be installed by our carpenter. These were by far the best value and the excellent company reviews helped in our decision to purchase the Suffolk White. I was also determined to have a quality V groove rather than a cheap looking plastic veneer U groove. These doors really fit the bill and my carpenter was impressed by the quality. They are a good weight and paying a little more for the prefinish has taken alot of stress away because we only need to touch up the edges where the doors were trimmed. So far we have had 4 doors fitted and can't wait for the rest of the house to be done. It's always a gamble when choosing products online but we are extremely happy with our new doors. Also Climadoor have the best delivery process with constant and friendly updates, the ability to message the driver direct and a high quality tracking system. Thank you for making our purchase so stress free. 5* Highly Recommended"

Fire doors delivery

"The delivery date that I had was changed the day before due to some error in allocation. The day the doors arrived the driver went out of his way and carried the doors one by one to put them in my garage because the pallet was too big to come through my driveway. Fab service!"

"The doors are all very good quality but when they arrived I thought I had ordered the wrong doors. They looked nice so installed them then realised that one of the doors was different which was the door I originally thought I ordered."

Lovely cottage style doors

"Nice doors, we bought the primed ones and hung them as is, nice white finish. Fast, reliable delivery. Good amount of trimmable edge, which we needed. Better price than elsewhere. Would recommend."
