Nice door with quick delivery but!

"I am very happy with my new door although there was some minor damager noticed after it was fitted. They say to inspect it through the plastic wrapping before accepting it but there is a cardboard outer and the driver left it and went straight away so that wasn’t possible. Delivery was expensive but it was delivered quickly."

Oak shaker glass door 18inch

"The door is perfect. But the delivery was awful. I previously purchased 10 doors and delivery was excellent as it seemed to come direct from source. This time by purchasing only a single door it came via XDP courier. They aborted first delivery when only a quarter of a mile from house but running 3 hours past delivery slot. Waited in all day. Second delivery attempt resulted in me having a bizarre doorbell camera conversation with a driver who had no idea what a “porch” was. (I’d also left a large note taped to porch window). The driver was standing in front of the porch at this point, and proceeded to pick door up and walk around my driveway, with me shouting via camera to “please come back”! Eventually he realised that there was no “Porsche” on my driveway to leave a door in and returned. . I explained the porch was the little room in front of you. Thankfully the penny dropped and door eventually placed in the porch. 5 Stars for door (although I think Express Doors should look for a new courier ) Courier only supplied delivery information 45 mins before expected 2 hour delivery slot! And still were late. 1 star for delivery . I can’t give 0 as I did eventually get the door. Yes I would use Express Doors again, and I’d recommend them."
