No Standards
"I ordered a Door from them in July, received a email stating We will now prepare your items and despatch them as soon as possible. We will notify you of despatch by email, text message or call. I received none of the above. My door was delivered to a third party courier and left in limbo for a week. I contacted Vibrant doors, Micheala Stevenson told me it has been dispatched, so when I located the door, the packaging was in tatters and hanging of, the door was damaged and not fit for purpose. I asked Michaela Stevenson why they didn’t let me know it had been dispatched and delivered, she told me the courier don’t do that, lol. I asked why didn’t you tell me it was dispatched, it states in black and white in their email. Still awaiting an answer. I’ll not deal with this company again."
