"These doors are great, we wanted to paint them but the primed version of the door doesn’t look as good as it’s got rounded less authentic edges to the shaker panels. It’s a shame to paint a nice veneer but it does look perfect painted."

The use of fine quality American white oak veneer provides a charming grain pattern that can be emphasised with a light-colour stain or varnish.
