"I ordered oak. Meranti was delivered. Forced to pay £36 carriage to return despite it being Doors & More's incorrect pick. Customer service don't know their products as they were adamant that they don't sell meranti doorframes. Checked on website and hardwood doorframes are clearly stated as meranti in the description. Very disappointing experience and difficult company to deal with when there is a problem, especially when it's their mistake."
