1. Introduction
1.1 These terms and conditions govern the CLIMADOOR Approved Installer Scheme ("Scheme"). By applying for and participating in the Scheme, you agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
2. Eligibility
2.1 To be eligible for the Scheme, installers must possess a valid trade license, carry appropriate insurance, and have a track record of quality workmanship.
2.2 Installers must not have been subject to any professional disciplinary actions or have a history of legal disputes related to their work.
3. Application and Approval
3.1 Applicants must submit a completed application form, provide evidence of qualifications, and examples of previous installations.
3.2 CLIMADOOR reserves the right to approve or reject applications at its discretion, based on an assessment of the applicant’s suitability for the Scheme.
4. Training and Standards
4.1 Approved installers must complete the CLIMADOOR training program and pass any required assessments.
4.2 Installers must adhere to all installation standards as set forth by CLIMADOOR and comply with all applicable building codes and regulations.
5. Conduct
5.1 Installers must conduct business in a manner that reflects positively on CLIMADOOR, with honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
5.2 All customer interactions must be conducted with respect, and installers must seek to resolve disputes promptly and amicably.
6. Brand Representation
6.1 Approved installers may use the CLIMADOOR branding and “Approved Installer” designation in their marketing materials, subject to CLIMADOOR's brand guidelines.
6.2 Misuse of CLIMADOOR's brand or intellectual property will result in immediate termination from the Scheme.
7. Reporting and Feedback
7.1 Installers must provide regular reports on installations performed, including customer feedback and any issues encountered.
7.2 CLIMADOOR may use feedback for quality improvement and may request corrective actions when necessary.
7.3 CLIMADOOR reserves the right to distribute Approved Installer contact details (Limited to First Name, Company Name and Email Address) to applicable customers that directly request aid in locating tradesmen in their post-code area for a product that CLIMADOOR has supplied.
8. Warranty and Liability
8.1 CLIMADOOR products installed by approved installers will be covered by CLIMADOOR's standard warranty, provided the installation complies with CLIMADOOR's guidelines.
8.2 Installers are responsible for any damages or issues arising from non-compliance with installation standards.
9. Continual Improvement
9.1 Installers must commit to continual improvement and may be required to attend additional training sessions or update meetings.
10. Termination
10.1 Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
10.2 CLIMADOOR reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately in cases of breach of these terms and conditions or misconduct by the installer.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
11.1 CLIMADOOR reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Installers will be notified of any changes and continued participation in the Scheme will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
12.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where CLIMADOOR operates and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
13. Acceptance
13.1 By signing up for the Scheme, the installer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
